Our apps have their own terms

Lunonia Inc owns and operates Opusly and Timeline Visualizer. When you use one of them or buy something from it, you agree to that app's terms, which describe what you get, the rules for using it and its limits:

If an app's terms and these terms disagree about that app, the app's terms apply.

Buying from us

• Prices are in US dollars and are listed on our pricing page and on each app. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live.
• Opusly purchases are processed by Stripe, and the seller is Lunonia Inc.
• Timeline Visualizer Pro is sold through our payment partner, acting as merchant of record; your receipt comes from the payment partner.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Using this website

You may read and share pages from this site. Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to it, and don't copy its content to pass it off as your own.

Names, logos and content

The names Lunonia, Opusly and Timeline Visualizer, their logos, and the text, images and videos on this site belong to Lunonia Inc. Other names, such as Google Maps, belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our apps work with; we are not affiliated with them.

No warranty

This website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but an app's own pages and checkout show its current features and prices. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
